I am a Brantford and area Real Estate Salesperson who thrives on collaborating with home buyers and sellers, as well as real estate investors.
After graduating college, I started my real estate investing portfolio by purchasing my first property and becoming a landlord at the age of 21 - the passion started early!! Over the span of almost 2 decades I've had experience with cottages & vacation property purchases & rentals, condos, single family homes, residential tenancies, commercial properties & leases, "flips", as well as new build construction. I've been involved with successful rezoning processes of property, as well as numerous permits processes - I am not afraid to tackle anything that comes my way!! My enthusiasm for helping others, and attention to detail, let's me connect with clients to provide them with the best, PERSONAL service possible.
On the personal side of things, beside being a Real Estate Sales Representative, and also a real estate investor, I have a number of different interests and hobbies. First and foremost, I'm an avid sports fan and HOCKEY MOM to two. My son (14) and daughter (6) keep me busy with their school & social activities! You will also find me in the gym most mornings, as fitness has been a passion and an outlet for well over a decade now. In the past I used to compete in fitness physique competitions, making it to the National stage, as well as the notorious Arnold Classic in 2012. Setting personal and professional goals are very important to me, as I believe it brings balance to life while also striving to be a better version of myself every day.
